Erin & Peter were married on May 3, 2015 at Edgewood Arts Center.
As many of you know, I recently moved to the Brookland DC area about a year ago now and I absolutely love it. Shortly after I moved, Erin contacted me a month before her wedding in desperate need of an extra opinion and set of eyes to help bring her low-key wedding to life. When she first told me her and Peter were getting married 2 blocks from my home at Edgewood Arts Center, I was IN! Not only that, but these two were big into DIY projects and they wanted to make sure that they brought their spunky flair to the bare walls of the rec center to really have their personality shine through. Add in a mobile pizza oven, courtesy of Pizza Tonight and Five Guys burgers versus the traditional sit down dinner, and you have one of the coolest weddings I’ve ever had the pleasure to be apart of. Scroll down to see more of Erin + Peter’s nuptials!
