I first met Elizabeth Carberry, the Creative Consultant at Fathom Gallery late last year at Bridal Bellhop’s #bellsandbubbly event at Coco Sala. I had always been a fan of the space at Fathom and almost had a few weddings there, but had never been so lucky to actually step foot in the space. So needless to say when Elizabeth invited me out for a tour at Fathom Gallery I jumped at the opportunity!

When I first walked up the steps to the main event space I was mesmerized by the exposed brick walls, dark wood flooring, and overall modern feel. Even the furniture staged in the space, Elizabeth informed me, comes with the rental! At a max capacity of 125, another cool feature of the space is that the hanging art work that can be swapped out with your own desired photos. It’s like living in your very own art gallery. I was in love!

We then took a walk through the original industrial doors into the super modern all-white kitchen. Gorgeous! Though actual event cooking isn’t done in this kitchen, Elizabeth informed me that caterers will usually stage here and serve simple apps. Another cool feature – you can write on the cabinets! That’s right actually write on them. So to help customize the space more you can have guests write fun notes as they pass through with white erase markers. But sadly yes, the cabinets will have to be erased once you leave. No permanent messages here.

Continuing through the kitchen onto the outside patio we pass a restroom that features a TV in the mirror which guests can also customize with more photos, a homemade video, or a welcome message to their guests.

Outside is just as gorgeous and gives you the enviable private rooftop feel being in the city can offer. Another perk to the building: upstairs there’s a full bridal/groom suite that can be added to your package. It includes a social area, tv, queen size bed, and full bath. Sweet!

Great for cocktail parties, art exhibits, corporate events, and weddings, I’m surprised more people don’t know about Fathom Gallery. But I’ll put money down that this space won’t stay under wraps much longer.

Thanks for having me Elizabeth!
