After a hectic wedding season, we were feeling pretty burnt out (and by we – I think we speak for the entire wedding industry!), but this celebration truly lifted our spirits. From the charming rustic setting to the gorgeous floral arrangements, every detail of this wedding was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say that Ramsey and Brandon are one of the loveliest couples I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and their love for each other was truly infectious. Both on their wedding day and throughout the planning process! I just know that you’re going to fall head over heels in love with their gorgeous photos and all the heartwarming moments captured on their special day!
Rich + Regal Jewel Toned Details
Weddings are supposed to be the happiest day of one’s life and what better way to celebrate than by having fun? Ramsey’s group of bridesmaids were a force to be reckoned with, each one just as wonderful and joyful as the bride herself. It’s no surprise, considering the bride is a former Washington Wizards cheerleader! The fun began with popping champagne in matching rompers and slippers during their getting-ready photos. The wedding party’s attire felt rich and regal thanks to the jewel tones everyone was wearing (the bridesmaids wore emerald green, and the groomsmen looked dashing in blue).
Fall First Looks
One of our favorite moments of the wedding day is the first look. It’s the moment when the bride and groom get to set eyes on each other – before the ceremony begins – and allows for a little more flexibility in your wedding day timeline! Ramsey decided to have a first look with her father first and then headed over to meet her groom. We were over the moon orchestrating such emotional moments! Both first looks took place at the stunning Fleetwood Farm and Winery with the most beautiful backdrop of fall foliage.
Trust us, if you’re debating whether or not to have a first look, we highly recommend it! It creates such a special and intimate moment that you will cherish forever.
An Outdoor Unplugged Wedding Ceremony
When we said this wedding gave us life at the end of a busy wedding season, we meant it gave us LIFE. Ramsey and Brandon’s outdoor wedding ceremony at Fleetwood Farm and Winery was absolutely breathtaking! As wedding planners, we always love an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be present in the moment and soak up the magic.
When Ramsey walked down the aisle, Brandon couldn’t help but shed a few tears of pure happiness. The full circle arch made of lush greenery and delicate pink and white roses made for the most romantic backdrop too.
Outdoor Wedding Photos at Fleetwood Farm and Winery
We always recommend couples to find a wedding venue with ample photo locations on the property to truly make the most of the day. Not only does it save time and energy in transportation, but it also allows for more moments of joy and celebration. Ramsey and Brandon looked absolutely fantastic in all their pictures! Their love for each other was evident in every shot, and we couldn’t be happier for them. Halfway through, their wedding party joined them for some fun group shots too!
Winery Wedding Reception
When it comes to designing a wedding, it’s all about location, and at Fleetwood farm and winery, we knew we had to embrace the rustic charm of the surroundings. So, we went with the old classics and used the venue’s existing wine barrels and covered them in lush greenery as a fantastic greeting for our guests. For their indoor reception, we went minimal, yet impactful, by adding a few linen tables to pair well with the venue’s rustic tables adorned with stunning green centerpieces. Of course, we couldn’t forget about the candles, which provided the perfect ambiance for the special day. And, we re-purposed the stunning floral circle ceremony arch to sit behind the sweetheart table with a neon sign proudly displaying the newlywed’s last name. Overall, the blending of classic and rustic for this wedding was a huge success and truly embraced the stunning location of Fleetwood farm and winery. We were obsessed!
Lively Libations at their Wedding Reception

And that’s exactly what we achieved at this stunning wedding at Fleetwood Farm and Winery. We’re thrilled that everyone had such a great time and that we were able to make their day truly memorable. From the beautiful décor to the delicious food and drink, we made sure that every detail was perfect and that the happy couple and their guests were able to simply relax and enjoy the festivities.
